Monojs Apps

##TLDR

*_monojs base group configuring git repo deployment and the common .env and docker service environment. When appropiate new apps in this repo should rely on the definitions of this package

Configuration

The initial host configuration is read from the group variable file 01_app_deployments.yml similar definitions can be created from other groups/hosts by merging into the monojs_app_deployments variable using merger role (it uses the ansible_merge_vars plugin).
